Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners and typically arrive within 7–15 business days in the United States. International delivery may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Contact support@mindplussix.com to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
